Information stored by Moni
Moni stores the information you enter—including wallets, transactions, categories, budgets, currency preferences, and reminder settings—in an on-device database. This information is used only to provide the app’s features on your device.
No accounts or analytics
Moni does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, telemetry, bank connections, or cloud synchronization. Moni does not operate a server that receives your financial entries.
Device backups
Moni marks its private application data so it is excluded from operating-system cloud backups and device-transfer backups. Deleting the app may therefore permanently delete its local data.
Notifications
If you enable an expense reminder, Moni schedules it locally through your device’s notification system. No notification server is used. You can disable reminders in Moni or in your device settings.
Information you choose to share
If a future Moni feature lets you export or share a file, that action will happen only after you explicitly request it. You are responsible for the destination you choose.
Children’s privacy
Because Moni does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If Moni’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the changed behavior is released.
